Occasionally, Minecraft Marketplace Maps can fail to download properly, or even download at all. There are various reasons why this could happen, from your device not having enough space to unforeseen quirks with either the map or the servers
Thankfully, it's usually very easy to resolve these issues.
In the case of a Map failing to download
- On the main menu, click Settings.
- Go down to Storage, where you will see "Worlds", and "World Templates". Look at each of these.
- If there is anything relating to the Map in question in them, delete them using the option in the menu.
- Once this has all been deleted, try re-downloading the Map
If the previous suggestion doesn’t resolve the issue
- Restart Minecraft
- Check that you have enough storage on your device (the download might be pausing/failing because you don't have enough space!).
- Delete any unused worlds, world templates or apps from your device
- If you definitely have enough space for the download, try rebooting the device, sign into your Xbox Live/Minecraft account and retry
If none of this has worked for you, the best thing to do is to contact Minecraft support directly and they should be able to help you fix any issues
